This truck accident happened in January of 2004, it was a logging truck that flipped upside-down near the town of Fort Vermillion in the province of Alberta, Canada. It flipped over on a down hill grade loaded with about 45000 KG of long logs.
The truck ran off the right edge of the road and the driver pulled back causing the top heavy truck to flip over into the deep snow in the ditch and skid down hill upside-down pushing the headache rack backwards leaving no protection for the cab and it crushed the driver to death. The rumor was that he had been on the phone.
