My 1993 buick lesabre accident with 2003 chevy silverado 2500. November 28, 2003 Saint Joseph, Missouri. i was driving to my friends moms house to pick up some stuff he had left there the night before so we could take it back to his dads house and i was going to stay the night there. His mom lives in the city as we got into town we were driving down the belt highway and we were preceding to go through an intersection that had a
traffic light and i was making a left hand turn and i had the green arrow and the solid green light i was only going about 5- to 10 miles per hour in my turn when a 2003 chevy silverado smacked into us going 50 miles per hour the speed limit on that road is only 35 miles per hour both my friend and i had our seatbelts on and we were pushed 100ft out of the intersection and spinned counter clockwise luckily no one was behind us we made it out with only bruises the other guys in the truck one hit his head on windshield and cut his ear the driver of the other of the truck made it out with only bruises we both went to court and the judge found us both not guilty due to the driver didnt show and the officer couldnt tell us the traffic light order.
